What happens after 30 days on the free plan?

On the free plan, guest uploads stay open until the event is deleted. The event stays available for 30 days after the event date so you can keep collecting photos, review what was uploaded, and download anything you want to keep. Once that 30-day window ends, the uploaded photos and videos are automatically deleted.

Could I really create 100 events and still just pay $89 total?

Yes! Once you upgrade, every event you create (past and future) gets lifetime storage. It's a one-time payment that covers your account forever — no recurring fees, no per-event charges. Wedding photographer with 50 events a year? Still just $89 total.

What's the difference between Keepsake and Unlimited?

Both give you the same premium features — lifetime storage, unlimited photos/videos, and links that never expire. The only difference is how many events you get. Keepsake ($29) covers one event forever. Unlimited ($89) covers unlimited events forever. If you buy Keepsake and later want more, you can contact me for an upgrade.

We offer a fair refund policy. If you ended up not using Knipsmig at your event — for whatever reason — we'll give you your money back. No questions asked. However, if you've already collected memories and downloaded your photos, we consider that a successful event. Happy customers mean everything to us, and we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

Do guests need to create accounts?

Nope! Guests just scan your QR code, enter their name, and start uploading. No app download, no account creation, no friction. That's the beauty of Knipsmig.

How does the Photo Booth add-on work?

Our Photo Booth turns any tablet, laptop, or phone into a sleek selfie station. The free plan includes our basic photo booth, allowing guests to snap and auto-upload photos. Upgrading to the advanced add-on unlocks themed frame overlays (like Polaroid, wedding, and party styles), customizable countdowns, play sound effects, and guest instant-save QR codes on the review screen.

Can guests download all the photos too?

Yes! Guests can download a single file from the gallery or for a small fee, the entire event as a ZIP file. They just enter their email, pay securely, and receive a download link. No account needed — it works for any guest with the event link.

What file types are supported?

Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, HEIF. Videos: MP4, WebM, MOV. Files up to 1GB each. Both photos and videos are supported on all plans.

What does "fair usage" mean for lifetime storage?
